Our work comprises all kind of (international) family law cases, such as child related matters like those involving parental authority, custody, access and contact issues, recognition and child abduction. Also divorce-related cases, the determination or modification of partner maintenance and child maintenance, the sharing of pension rights, the distribution of assets and settlement of matrimonial property, making financial settlements. We are also specialized in parentage and juvenile law, take care of the settlement of contracts of unmarried couples and have an advisory role in the drafting of prenuptial agreements.
