Are you hiring tech talent? On behalf of the NL Talent Coalition, we now invite employers to join us on a mission to MIT's European Career Fair from 23 until 27 February 2023. Get in touch with hundreds of highly talented individuals who have graduated from top USA universities.
The 2023 European Career Fair
The MIT European Career Fair (ECF) is an annual recruiting event, organized by the MIT European Club and taking place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, MA. The ECF is the largest recruiting event of its kind in the United States with up to 100 attending companies from all over the world and 3.000-5.000 registered candidates ranging from working professionals to students from top-tier American and European universities. This year the event will take place in-person at MIT.
ECF 2023 program
The main events of the ECF will take place from 25 until 27 February. In addition to that, the Dutch delegation organizes a pre-event on February 23 for showcasing the country at its best and contacting with talents in person.
Thursday 23 February:
Pre-event: “Meet your future Dutch employer”
During this event you get the chance to meet students and see if there’s a right fit.
Friday 24 February:
Tailor made program for the Dutch delegation on the future of work
Saturday 25 February:
European Career Fair 2023: Fair day
Sunday 26 February:
Interview day: 1-on-1 interviews with selected candidates
Monday 27 February:
Interview day: 1-on-1 interviews with selected candidates
