Kickstart your career in South Holland

Are you an international partner, spouse or recent graduate living in South-Holland and looking for a job? Do you wish to prepare yourself for the Dutch job market?
Join the career workshops from EURES and the international centres of The Hague, Leiden and Rotterdam.

During this multi-day programme with several workshops, EURES trainers will provide practical assistance to navigate the Dutch labour market. The workshops provide international job seekers with help for CV and cover letters, guidance on networking and job interviews and tips for job searching.

EURES, the European Employment Services, is a network that helps jobseekers to find work in EU/EEA countries and Switzerland. In the Netherlands, UWV is the coordinating office for this organisation.

We have selected our candidates for this round. We expect to start a new round of workshops in November 2025.

The workshops

The career programme consists of 4 workshops held between 09:30 and 12:00 on 24 September, 1 October, 8 October and 15 October 2025.

The workshops cover:

  1. Personal branding
  2. CV and cover letter
  3. Networking and LinkedIn
  4. Job interviews

Participation

The workshops are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Participants must be able to attend all sessions. The sessions will be held at The Hague City Hall.

Please note that Dutch nationals, Ukrainians, asylum seekers and status holders can report to their municipality for more extensive guidance.
