Skyline of The Hague with branding The Hague Connect

The Hague Connect 2022

It’s our pleasure to announce that after last year's postponement, The Hague Connect is back! It will be held on March 29 at the new cultural centre for The Hague, Amare.

The evening will include an interesting programme on international talent in The Hague region, as well as plenty of networking and a tour of the brand new Amare complex.

The Hague Connect is an invite-only corporate event by The Hague International Centre and The Hague Business Agency targeting new foreign businesses, HR working with international staff, partnered service providers and policy makers.

The evening will include an interactive programme about international talent in The Hague region, including:

  • How companies have adapted to the pandemic and how it could impact the future of work
  • What companies are doing to attract talent and how the government wants to support this search with a new regional programme
  • How economic success can go hand in hand with solutions for a better world in the start-up sector

Naturally, you'll also have the opportunity to expand your network and engage with international companies, organisations, and policy-makers.

We are very pleased to introduce some speakers of the event.

  • Kelly Rapmund (Head of People at LessonUp) will join us to discuss the process of growing an online teaching scale-up in The Hague and some of the challenges of hiring staff as fast-growing scale-up
  • Manpreet Dhillon (HR Policy Expert at the OPCW) will speak about how the OPCW supports its staff with mental wellbeing, smooth onboarding and by leading in diversity and inclusion
