The Hague International Centre provides a one-stop service for international newcomers in The Hague region. You can make an appointment for the following services:

  1. Municipal registration (possible to combine with IND services)
  2. Registration of certificates
  3. Collecting of residence documents
  4. Consultation session with ACCESS
    If you have questions about living in The Hague region, you can schedule a free online meeting with an information officer from ACCESS. They are happy to answer your questions, and advise you on matters such as healthcare, education, housing, finding work, learning Dutch, and more.

In order to make an appointment, your personal data will be processed and recorded in the registration system of The Hague International Centre, part of the Municipality of The Hague. Your data will not be transferred to third parties. The Municipality of The Hague processes and protects your personal data as described in the Data Protection Declaration

 

No walk-ins for other services

Following national measures to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, only visitors with an appointment will be attended to. For general questions, reporting a move, deregistration (only for The Hague), extracts from the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP) and a Statement of Health (CBR) please e-mail internationalcentre@denhaag.nl to make an appointment. Please read about our revised services for the latest updates.
